Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-Craft R505-1613 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Qti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick-Chek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Detronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Qti such as the 103667A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC1200RSNL manufactured by Quick-Chek and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick-Chek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R9107A1001 by Manufacturer Detronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pyrotronics Brand 6022040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ra-Jones such as 148213 equipment made by Ra-Jones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ra-Jones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ra-Jones" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPM58 made by Ralli-Wolf as well as the popular QFS450B001 original spares produced by Maple

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 531129A840928325 by Rainin and 148213 spares by Ra-Jones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
